Orders & Pre-Orders:
When you place a pre-order, your payment will be processed immediately. You acknowledge that the product may not ship immediately and agree to the estimated shipping window provided at checkout (e.g., “Ships mid-August”). We reserve the right to adjust fulfillment timelines based on supply chain or production changes, with transparent updates provided to customers.

 

Returns & Refunds:
Due to the small-batch, consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@aurina.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
